      The NOSEN RN series of turbine‑screw lift actuators is a meticulously engineered screw‑type lifting transmission device developed by Luosheng Company. It has been produced as a product line and widely adopted across various industries, earning recognition from mechanical engineers for its distinctive appearance, refined design, compact structure, and fully self‑locking capability. These features make it suitable for use in machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical processing, medical equipment, cultural and health‑related applications, and many other sectors. The product effectively addresses challenges such as difficult positioning and cumbersome installation in mechanical lifting operations, while also facilitating the integration of auxiliary assemblies into mechanical designs, enhancing both convenience and practicality. The NOSEN turbine‑screw lift consists primarily of a housing, an input worm gear, an alloy worm wheel with internal threads, and various ancillary components. Designed to handle loads ranging from 0.5 to 100 tons, it is available in multiple specifications. Its dynamic load capacity spans 0.2 to 26 tons, with standard models offering a maximum lifting speed of 1,500 mm/min; higher speeds can be customized upon request. Screw‑end configurations include five types: plate‑mounted, bolt‑hole, threaded‑mouth, flat‑mouth, and socket‑type. The NOSEN turbine‑screw lift boasts numerous advantages: compact size, versatile functionality, lightweight construction, low noise levels, a streamlined design, easy installation, flexible operation, broad compatibility with power sources, high transmission efficiency, and an extended service life. It supports a variety of installation and operational modes, including lifting, lowering, raising, pressing down, pushing, and overturning. Furthermore, NOSEN turbine‑screw lifts can be used individually or in multi‑unit combinations, enabling precise height control through preprogrammed sequences.     Model Classification
      The RN series comprises 12 models: RN05T, RN-1T, RN-2T, RN-3T, RN-5T, RN-10T, RN-15T, RN-20T, RN-30T, RN-40T, RN-50T, and RN-100T. It offers three transmission ratios, with speed options of fast, medium, and slow.

      To increase the lifting speed, you can raise the input rotational speed; the maximum input speed is less than 1,800 rpm. Alternatively, you can customize a lead‑screw with an enlarged pitch or a double‑pitch lead screw. If the lead‑screw drive speed needs to be adjusted, it can be paired with an electric motor; for variable-speed operation, a frequency inverter or a variable‑speed motor such as a stepper or servo motor can be used.

Taking into account the gate’s weight and water pressure, they can be operated either as a single unit or in multiple units connected in series for synchronized operation.     NOSEN worm‑screw lift actuators are employed in solar power generation systems. A real‑world example is a solar power plant in Spain, which utilizes NOSEN RN‑3TCHMDR1/24‑670PR worm‑screw lifts. Each lift is driven by a DC motor and, under the control of a sun‑tracking system, rotates the solar panels to follow the sun’s apparent path from sunrise to sunset, thereby maximizing energy output.
