1. Check before installation of the cross steering gear.

First, clean the installation shaft before using the cross steering gear. And check the installation shaft for bruises and dirt, if any, it should be removed.

Second, the operating temperature of the cross steering gear is -20 ℃~+80 ℃.

Third check whether the matching size of the coupling hole with the commutator meets the requirements. The tolerance of the hole should be H7.

Fourth, the plug at the highest position should be replaced with an exhaust plug before use to ensure that the commutator discharges the gas in the body.

2. Installation of cross steering gear.

First, the commutator can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, torsion-resistant support structure.

Secondly, under any circumstances, it is not allowed to use a hammer to knock the pulley, coupling, pinion or sprocket on the output shaft, which will damage the bearing and the shaft.

3. Use and maintenance.

First, after the commutator is installed, check whether it is flexible. For formal use, please carry out no-load test, and under normal operation, load and operate gradually.

The second is that the commutator is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated load.

The third is to check whether the oil level of the commutator is normal before use and during work. The machine has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. The lubricating oil of Luosheng cross steering gear adopts HD320~680, which has the characteristics of low speed, light load, heavy load and high temperature resistance.
