  • Introduction to the Turbo Screw Lift
The NOSEN RN series of turbine‑screw lift actuators is a meticulously engineered screw‑type lifting transmission device developed by Luosheng Company. It has been produced as a product line and widely adopted across various industries, earning recognition from mechanical engineers for its distinctive appearance, refined design, compact structure, and fully self‑locking capability. These features make it suitable for use in machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical processing, medical equipment, cultural and health‑related applications, and many other sectors. The product effectively addresses challenges such as difficult positioning and cumbersome installation in mechanical lifting operations, while also facilitating the integration of auxiliary assemblies into mechanical designs, enhancing both convenience and practicality. The NOSEN turbine‑screw lift consists primarily of a housing, an input worm gear, an alloy worm wheel with internal threads, and various ancillary components. Designed to handle loads ranging from 0.5 to 100 tons, it is available in multiple specifications. Its dynamic load capacity spans 0.2 to 26 tons, with standard models offering a maximum lifting speed of 1,500 mm/min; higher speeds can be customized upon request. Screw‑end configurations include five types: plate‑mounted, bolt‑hole, threaded‑mouth, flat‑mouth, and socket‑type. The NOSEN turbine‑screw lift boasts numerous advantages: a small footprint, versatile functionality, lightweight construction, low noise levels, a compact design, easy installation, flexible operation, broad compatibility with power sources, high transmission efficiency, and an extended service life. It supports a wide range of installation and operational modes, including lifting, lowering, raising, pressing down, pushing, and overturning. Furthermore, NOSEN turbine‑screw lifts can be used individually or in multi‑unit combinations, enabling precise height control through pre‑programmed sequences. They may be driven directly by electric motors or other power sources, or operated manually.

    Model Classification
      The RN series comprises 12 models: RN05T, RN-1T, RN-2T, RN-3T, RN-5T, RN-10T, RN-15T, RN-20T, RN-30T, RN40T, RN-50T, and RN-100T. It offers three transmission ratios, with speed options of fast, medium, and slow.

    Speed trial calculation
To increase the lifting speed, you can raise the input rotational speed; the maximum input speed is less than 1800 rpm. Alternatively, you can customize a lead‑screw with an enlarged pitch or a double‑pitch lead screw. If the lead‑screw drive speed needs to be adjusted, it can be paired with an electric motor; for variable-speed operation, a frequency inverter or a variable‑speed motor such as a stepper or servo motor can be used.

    Application Examples

NOSEN turbine‑screw lift actuators are used on hydraulic gates. Taking into account the gate’s weight and water pressure, they can be operated either as a single unit or in multiple units connected in series for synchronized operation. A typical application involves two RN‑20T turbine‑screw lift actuators lifting a 15‑ton gate with a stroke of 3,000 mm and a lifting speed of 25 mm/s, driven by a single 5.5 kW motor that synchronously raises and lowers the two actuators.

NOSEN turbine‑screw lift actuators are employed in solar‑power generation systems. A real‑world example is a solar power plant in Spain, which utilizes NOSEN RN‑3TCHMDR1/24‑670PR turbine‑screw lift units, each driven by a DC motor. Under the control of a sun‑tracking system, these actuators orient the solar panels to follow the sun’s apparent path throughout the day, thereby maximizing energy output.

NOSEN turbine‑screw lift actuators are employed in stage‑lifting systems. A real‑world example is a lifting platform custom‑built by a domestic stage‑equipment manufacturer for a celebrity concert. Six RN‑10T units were integrated into a synchronized linkage system to raise and lower a 12‑square‑meter stage, delivering safe self‑locking, smooth vertical motion, precise positioning, and energy efficiency.

NOSEN worm‑screw lifts are used in three‑roller plastic sheet‑rolling mills. In one real‑world application, a customer of the company equipped two sets of synchronized lifting mechanisms with four RN‑15T worm‑screw lifts, each driven by a geared motor to adjust the roll gap. The fine‑adjustment accuracy reaches 0.01 mm.

NOSEN worm‑gear screw jacks are employed in glass‑processing equipment. A real‑world example involves a publicly listed company in China’s glass‑manufacturing sector, which utilizes four RN‑10T screw jacks and two cross‑type steering units for synchronized, coordinated operation in an ambient temperature exceeding 200°C. LOUSEN can customize worm‑gear screw jacks to withstand high‑temperature environments.

NOSEN worm‑gear screw jacks are used in the furniture industry. A real‑world example involves a U.S. company that employs screw jacks to raise and lower office desks, using two NOSEN worm‑gear screw jacks for synchronized lifting and lowering, with a hand crank for manual operation. This setup delivers smooth, precise height adjustment and reliable self‑locking safety.

    Implement three basic actions:
Achieving a flipping motion: When paired with a swivel base, the NOSEN screw jack can enable an object to perform a rotational movement about a central axis.
Achieving horizontal displacement: The NOSEN screw jack with a nut‑and‑screw mechanism features a base‑driven rod; the nut on the screw is connected to the moving load, and horizontal movement of the load is realized by the nut’s linear displacement as the screw rotates.
Synchronous lifting and lowering: A four‑unit linkage system driven by a single motor, with power transmitted via a cross‑type steering mechanism, ensures that the four NOSEN screw‑jack lifts operate in perfect synchrony. The four NOSEN precision screw jacks, along with the coupling and cross‑type steering device, are powered by one motor, delivering consistent synchronization and positioning accuracy within ±0.1 mm.
