First: Inspection before installation of cross steering gear
a. The installation shaft should be cleaned before the machine is used. And check whether there is any bump or dirt on the installation shaft, if there is any, it should be cleaned up.
b. The operating temperature of the cross steering gear is -20 ℃~+80 ℃.
c. Check whether the matching size of the coupling hole of the commutator meets the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole should be H7.
d. Before use, replace the blockage at the highest position with the exhaust plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged when the commutator is running.
Second: the installation of the cross steering gear
a. The commutator can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, torsion-resistant support structure.
b. In any case, it is not allowed to knock pulleys, couplings, pinions or sprockets into the output shaft with a hammer, which will damage the bearings and shaft.
Third: use and maintenance
a. After the commutator is installed, check whether it is flexible. For formal use, no-load test must be carried out.
b. The commutator is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated load.
c. Check whether the oil level of the commutator is normal before use and during work. The machine has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. The lubricating oil of Luosheng cross steering gear adopts HD320~680, which has the characteristics of low speed, light load, heavy load and high temperature resistance.
